REFUND POLICY

Tha White Room Studios LLC, located at 1749 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10453, hereinafter referred to as the "Studio," has established the following refund policy for its services:
1. Deposit:
1. Upon signing the Studio Music Production Contract, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 2000 as stated in the Contract.
2. The deposit secures the Client's booking and allows the Studio to allocate resources and schedule studio time for the project.
2. Cancellation:
1. If the client decides to cancel the project before its completion, the Client acknowledges and understands that the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
2. The Studio reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover any costs, expenses, or losses incurred due to the cancellation.
3. Quality of Services:
1. The Studio strives to provide high-quality music production services to its Clients.
2. In the event that the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided, the Studio will work closely with the Client to address any concerns and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
1. In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen technical issues or emergencies, where the Studio is unable to provide the agreed-upon services, the Studio will work with the Client to reschedule the project or offer an alternative solution.
2. If a project cannot be rescheduled or an alternative solution cannot be agreed upon, the Studio will refund the Client any payments made for services not rendered.
5. No Refunds for Completed Services:
5.1 Once the project is completed and delivered to the Client, no refunds will be issued.
5.2 The Client acknowledges that the completed project represents the agreed-upon services and will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Disputes:
1. In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or any other matter related to the services provided by the Studio, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations In which a full refund can be offered under certain circumstances.
2. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either Party may pursue alternative legal remedies available under the governing law stated in the Studio Music Production Contract.
