Studio Production Contract

1. Services:

   1. The Producer agrees to provide professional music production services to the Client.

   2. The services may include recording, mixing, mastering, and any other music production-related activities agreed upon by both Parties.

   3. The scope of services, including project details, timeline, and deliverables, will be outlined in a separate document, which will be attached to this Contract as Exhibit A.

 

2. Payment:

   1. The Client agrees to pay the Producer a total fee of 2000 for the services rendered.

   2. Payment will be made as follows:

       a) 50% of the total fee shall be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon the signing of this Contract.

       b) The remaining balance of 50% shall be paid upon completion of the project.

   2.3 Payment shall be made via Paypal by credit, debit card, or bank transfer to the Producer's designated bank account or by any other method agreed upon by both Parties.

 

3. Rights and Ownership:

   1. The Client retains all rights to the musical compositions and lyrics provided by the Client for the project.

   2. The Producer retains all rights to the original music compositions, arrangements, and sound recordings created by the Producer.

   3. The Client agrees not to distribute or exploit the Producer's work for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Producer.

 

4. Confidentiality:

   1. Both Parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

   2. The Producer agrees not to disclose any confidential information, including unreleased music, lyrics, or project details, without the Client's written consent.

 

5. Termination:

   1. Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other Party.

   2. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.

 

6. Governing Law:

   This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

7. Entire Agreement:

   This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
